This skid was designed to be a WFI loop pump skid. It will cool the WFI down to a set temperature and pump it through a loop in the plant to be delivered to the equipment distributed throughout the loop. It is fully automated with instruments to measure TOC and conductivity in the WFI. The integrated controls are connected to the WFI storage tank system to assist in maintaining a consistent flow and temperature through the loop at all times. This system is also equipped with a sanitization program that will allow for the cleaning of the loop on a programmed interval.

This skid supports biopharmaceutical process filtration. It includes a water and foam break vessel and on-board CIP operations.
