About Smart WFI Point-of-Use Panel
The Smart WFI Point-of-Use (POU) Panel provides easy access for process users on the clean room side, with flushing in the technical space, while housing all sampling and flushing devices in a single line. Integrated with CSI's hybrid WFI loop, it supports both hot and ambient WFI distribution, with fully automated flushing, sampling, and sanitization controls.
