A processor contacted us looking for jacketed assemblies that would consistently control the temperature of their sweet caramel product while in production. We designed over 450 feet of 3-inch Tri-Clamp® jacketed spools of various lengths — along with 16 elbows — to accommodate the layout of their plant, and our fabrication team went to work! Now the customer can safely and effectively control the temperature of their caramel product to create a consistent, flavorful result.
