Standard Design
The Magnattack® Probe Magnets features a tear-drop shaped body that minimizes flow resistance and prevents product bridging, making it ideal for thick liquids, slurries, and dry powders. Its unique geometry directs captured contaminants to a low-pressure retention zone, reducing the risk of recontamination. Built with sanitary, seal-welded construction and vacuum encapsulation, the probe is available in multiple diameters and fitting types to suit a wide range of installations.
Applications
The Magnattack® Probe Magnets are ideal for monitoring and protecting ingredient intake points, processing lines, and packaging areas across a wide range of food products. They perform effectively in thick emulsions, wet pet food, dairy powders, and high-velocity pneumatic transfer systems. Suitable for both liquid and dry applications, they can be installed in pipelines, chutes, and ducting, and are especially valuable prior to critical equipment or final packaging.
