These valve manifolds will be used in the manufacturing of an oral rinse product. The type of valves that are used allow for the cleaning of process lines without mixing with the CIP lines. These clusters were provided with remote IO armor blocks that will be controlled by the customer’s on-site PLC with all wiring ran neatly in a cable tray.

These mixproof valve clusters were manufactured for a design-build firm executing an expansion at a dairy facility. They feature Alfa Laval CP-3 mixproof valves, certified for PMO environments, and were built to be tie-in ready for the onsite contractors at the facility. These skids feature Remote I/O Panels, Syntiro hangers, and stainless air headers with isolation hand valves for each actuator; ensuring safe and easy maintenance for plant personnel.

Designed to run Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems, this valve cluster will clean process lines used in cheese production. It features 6” Alfa Laval single seat valves connected to 10” headers with 6” pulls. The Actuator Sensor Interface (AS) trunk line integrates the valves into the shower head, and an air header with individual valve isolation allows for easy field service.

A local soda bottler needed a modern solution to transfer products from mix tanks to process tanks, as their manual process only allowed one product at a time. We designed two valve arrays to handle multiple products simultaneously and enable CIP cleaning while moving products to storage. This improved efficiency and eliminated manual jumper changes. The unit includes controls and an air push process to empty lines after transfer, providing a turn-key solution.

A cheese and pasta sauce processor was looking for three separate valve clusters that could work in tandem to accomplish three goals: 1) Move multiple product types throughout the different stages of their process without mixing. 2) Decrease downtime by cleaning parts of the system while still running product throughout other areas. 3) Utilize Alfa Laval ThinkTop V70's to maximize system automation and provide control from a single location To check all these boxes, CSI designed three valve manifolds, one pictured here.

A food processing company contacted us looking for a valve manifold that would unload large vats of sugar into their liquid flavoring lines. We designed this new manifold to include 13 Alfa Laval unique mixproof valves controlled by a local panel and Alfa's new ThinkTop® V70. This manifold will not only direct the flow of the sugar but also direct CIP fluid throughout the entire system. The two CIP rows allow for simultaneous cleaning of 2 vats at a time.
