Minimize material loss and improve cut quality with CSI saw guides. Also known as saw blocks or saw vises, these guides help operators make consistent square cuts while reducing rework and saving time during pipeline installation and maintenance.
Wing nut styles provide additional safety by eliminating external clamps that can disconnect during operation. They also feature blade-contact roll pins that help prevent operators from cutting into the guide, extending service life, and reducing replacement costs.
The two-piece design clamps securely around installed pipe and tubing, making it easy to achieve accurate cuts in the field. CSI also offers saw blades, blade lubricant, and hose cutters to support your cutting and fabrication needs.
