Standard Design
The standard design of the Emulsion & Slurry Pipeline Separator features large-diameter, tear-drop shaped Acutex® magnet probes that provide optimal contact with high-viscosity products while maintaining smooth flow. Its eccentric coned body eliminates pooling areas, and the magnet housing is engineered to balance pressure retention with effective contaminant capture. Locking access tabs and optional safety features enhance operator protection, while a variety of sanitary fittings ensure compatibility with diverse pipeline setups. Applications
