The SP-8600 and SP-8700 Series incorporate a proven hygienic design and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliant materials of construction (CFR 21.177) ensuring a safe, robust, and efficient sanitary solution. The SP-8800 and SP-8900 Series pumps are 3-A compliant and incorporate a hygienic design that enables operators to quickly disassemble and sanitize.

Application
Engineered as the ideal solution for transferring fluid ingredients or products from barrels, kettles, or Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs, or totes), the SP centrifugal pumps incorporate a proven hygienic design and materials along with efficiency and convenience. Common applications include dairy products, juices, concentrates, personal care products, pharmaceuticals, beer, wine, and cosmetic fragrances.
Note: Although each pump is constructed with FDA compliant materials, they do not have FDA certification.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The SP Series centrifugal pumps use a high speed motor and impeller to pump product from the bottom of a drum or tote.
FEATURES
The SP-8600 and SP-8700 are made of FDA compliant materials of construction. The SP-8800 and SP-8900 are 3-A compliant (TPV). The hygienic design of the series ensure easy cleaning. Tri-clamp® fittings are utilized. These light-weight and portable pumps run dry and have variable speed electric and air motors.
