Standard Drum Pump Metering System

The standard drum pump metering system from Standard Pump is engineered to dispense and meter materials from drums, totes, and kettles. The system includes a 3-A compliant sanitary transfer pump, in addition to one of many types of flow meters available. The meters cater to a truly hygienic design and accurate performance.

A two-piece design enables operators to quickly disassemble and clean internal components. The proven flow meter and pump system is an excellent choice for metering low viscosity liquids.

Standard Drum Pump Metering System
APPLICATIONS

Standard Pump offers many different metering combinations to cover the widest number of applications possible. Whether you are looking for mass metering, magnetic metering, or turbine style metering, there is a batching or metering system to meet your needs. Applications include milk, filtered juice, water, pie fillings, beer, filtered wine, shampoo, and conditioner.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

These drum pump metering systems combine the proven Standard Pump tote, drum, kettle, or tank unloading pumps with a variety of different metering options for a system that provides reliable and repeatable metering and batching.

Ultra Mass Batch Control (Electric)

Made entirely of 3-A (TPV) certified components and FDA compliant materials, the Ultra Mass Batch Control (Electric) is low shear and suitable for conductive and non-conductive solutions. It's designed with easy-to-clean Tri-Clamp® fittings. Interface capabilities include HART, PROFIBUS, PA/DP, and FOUNDATION Fieldbus, with quick setup menus for in-field commissioning.

Ultra Mag Batch Control (Electric)

The 3-A compliant Ultra Mag Batch Control (Electric) features a large graphic, multi-language display with both standard or metric units of measure available for measuring volume. It's designed to be low shear and easy-to-clean with Tri-Clamp® fittings. Non-invasive measurement offered.

FLOW METER AND PUMP SYSTEM (ELECTRIC)

The Flow Meter And Pump System (Electric) comes with Tri-Clamp® fittings. It's hygienic, 3-A compliant design makes it easy to clean. The turbine paddle wheel viscosity goes up to 100 cps (mPas), and there is a remote mount meter display included.
