AL-6XN® Alloy Tube and Pipe Adapters
When you need to transition between different line types (pipe, tube, hose, etc.), AL-6XN offers the corrosion-resistant solution. CSI's AL-6XN pipe adapters allow you to solve the problem of connecting tube to pipe. The flange adapters are used for attaching sanitary ferrules to pipe, and the hose barb adapters can help you easily connect your tube to hose.
For applications that require 3-A sanitary standards or ASME-BPE standards, CSI stocks 304 and 316L Stainless Steel Adapters. We also offer Hastelloy® C-22® Adapters for more corrosion resistance.
Models
Length dimensions are consistent with industry standards.
CSI provides a comprehensive line of butt weld and Tri-Clamp components in AL-6XN® in sizes ½ – 4 inch, as well as made-to-order fittings. AL-6XN can be used interchangeably with other alloys such as 254 SMO®, 926, 904L, and duplex (2205 and 2507).

Pipe Adapters
CSI's pipe-to-tube adapters smoothly transition from schedule pipe sizes to OD tube sizes with either a butt weld or Tri-Clamp tube connection.

- Tapered for smooth flow
- Squared ends (for single-pass fusion welding) in Schedule 5 and Schedule 10
- Standard pipe bevel on Schedule 40

Hose Barb Adapters
Features
CSI's hose barb adapters in butt weld and Tri-Clamp connections allow for easy transitions from sanitary tube to flexible hose. Use the adapter with a hose clamp to secure the hose.
