PresSureCap™
The PresSureCap™ is a notification device designed to alert operators if pressure is in a system.
Plant operators can see if a line is pressurized or if it is safe to remove and change connections. When pressure reaches or exceeds 5 PSI, the indicator extends, visually signaling it's unsafe to unclamp panel connections. The silicone diaphragm and stainless steel retainer maintain a tight seal regardless of the indicators position. The PresSureCap is suitable for both food and pharmaceutical processing and is available in 2-inch Tri-Clamp connections.

Working Principle
- Indicator extends as pressure exceeds 5 PSI (0.34 bar) with a max of 150 PSI (10 bar)
- Indicator retracts when pressure drops
- Indicator remains sealed in both open and closed positions
