Valve Modification

At CSI, we have found that processors' valve needs often go beyond the standard products offered by valve manufacturers.

CSI offers a variety of valve modifications tailored to the needs of the user. Our highly trained designers, machinists, welders, and finishers are able to handle the most complex modifications to almost any valve.

or requirements, our engineering department can go through a prototyping process by conducting in-plant testing and an evaluation.

Maintenance

Since maintenance is a major concern for every processor, CSI's valve modification designs start with standard OEM replacement parts.

Next, our designers provide proposal drawings as well as final drawings, which clearly document the finished product. The drawings must be approved prior to fabrication and are kept on file indefinitely, in case a particular configuration will be needed again.
