CSI's repair program is designed around our customers’ needs and convenience, keeping in mind the importance of a deadline. This is how it works:
- Once you identify a problem pump or valve, contact a CSI representative. They will determine if it should be sent in for evaluation.
- Send your item with a purchase order for the $100 evaluation fee.
- Complete a Cleanliness Certificate Form to protect our repair technicians from any harmful products.
- The CSI technicians will evaluate the valve or pump and send you a quote for the repair, then wait for your decision.

- You decide if you want us to repair the item or send it back to you.
- Repairs take around three weeks, or we can expedite the process for you.
