Toftejoft TZ-74 Rotary Jet Head
Toftejorg’s TZ-74 rotary jet head was developed to meet the highest standards of efficiency, reliability and hygiene within the brewery, food, dairy, beverage and other industries. The TZ-74 has the pressure and impact capacities required for large vessel cleaning.
With an impact throw length of up to 43 feet and a working pressure capability of 174 psi, the TZ-74 is suitable for vessels from 13,000 to 130,000 US gallons. The TZ-74 is available in the popular standard model as well as special Brew Kettle and Self-Cleaning versions. All models automatically index to provide a 360° high-impact cleaning pattern over a defined time period, to achieve the utmost in quality assurance in tank cleaning.

The TZ-74 performs a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes of the vessel, laying out a coarse cleaning pattern on the tank surface with the first cycle. In subsequent cycles, the pattern becomes more dense, until a full pattern is reached after 8 cycles.
